Cornerstone Construction (Nigeria) Limited has been able to make a profound impact in the Housing Delivery Sector in the last Twenty-one (21) years, inspite of the difficult economic environment. In concert with the Federal Government's objective on housing and to augment the efforts of the Federal Mortgage Bank, LSDPC and some Primary Mortgage Institutions, the Company is poised to alleviate the suffering of the generality of the public, particularly the middle income group as regards housing need. The Company has been able to take the burden of searching for genuine land and the supervision of construction works from the shoulders of those in this cadre, and today they are proud home owners.

In recent years, we have applied our proven track records, experience and skills to the development and construction of Housing Estate services in the Lagos environs.

This is a Scheme towards constructing houses for companies' members of staff on turnkey basis. A Staff Estate Housing Scheme that will meet the specific needs of each organization.

The benefit of such a Scheme is that members of staff can take advantage of a group price that will definitely be lower than the regular Cornerstone prices, which is currently considered to be the lowest and the most cost-effective construction price in the real estate market within the country.
